CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If we reschedule, your deposit will be carried over to the new time, so you won't need to make another deposit. If you cancel/reschedule within 24hrs a new deposit will be required. - We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you're more than 10 minutes late, we'll need to cancel the appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. - If you don't show up without notice, your deposit will also be forfeited.
